In order to change the current situation that the compliance of endoscope screening of target groups with gastric cancer is poor and clinically defined patients with gastric cancer almost stay in the middle and late period of gastric cancer, ideal molecular prewarning signals are found in a cancerization process of gastric cancer, and endoscopic examination and pathological diagnosis are carried out in a targeted mode so as to relieve the pain of the patients, avoid excessive medical treatment and save medical resources.
