edible mushroom planting, and particularly relates to a production technology for industrialized production
edible mushroom compost. Vacuum humidifying treatmentis performed on
straw, after vacuum humidification, fresh
chicken manure or fresh cow
manure, oil cakes or bean pulp,
gypsum and
lime are added, sufficient blending is performed, and then fermentationis performed. In the
fermentation process, roll-
over treatment is performed, after roll-over, then,
fermentation is performed again, cooling is performed, and the
edible mushroom composite is obtained after heat preservation. According to the production technology for the industrialized production edible
mushroom compost, a vacuum humidifier is adopted for accelerating the
straw humidifying process, and the humidifying time is shortened. After the
straw is humidified, auxiliary materials are added directly, the material treating time is shortened, the whole period needs 20 d, and the production efficiency is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the edible
mushroom compost obtained through the formula and the
fermentation method contains abundant nutrients needed by edible
mushroom growth, the yield is increased for follow-up edible mushrooms, and guarantees are provided for lowering the cost.
