A method for recognizing a thalidomide r-form chiral molecule

PendingCN122337374ADiazepamNeutral network
This invention discloses a method for identifying thalidomide R-type chiral molecules. The method includes the following steps: constructing a dataset, dividing the dataset into a training set and a test set according to a preset ratio; the dataset includes ECD spectra of thalidomide R-type chiral molecules, ECD spectra of diazepam molecules, ECD spectra of phenobarbital molecules, and corresponding label data; constructing a recognition model based on a CNN convolutional neural network, inputting the training set and test set into the recognition model for training and performance evaluation to obtain a trained recognition model; inputting the ECD spectrum of the thalidomide chiral molecule to be detected into the trained recognition model to obtain a recognition result, wherein the recognition result is thalidomide R-type chiral molecules or other molecules. This invention enables simple and rapid identification of thalidomide R-type chiral molecules.

Method for detecting diazepam based on ratio raman signal and application

PendingCN122448817AHigh selectivityComplex matrix
This invention discloses a method and application for detecting diazepam based on ratio Raman signals, belonging to the field of food safety and chemical detection technology. The method involves mixing an Au@4-NTP@Ag@ZIF-8 composite material solution with the sample solution to be tested, then dropping the mixture onto a substrate. A Raman spectrometer is used to acquire spectral data at an excitation wavelength of 532 nm, and the intensity ratio I is calculated. 1590 / I 1107 Substitute diazepam concentration to intensity ratio I 1590 / I 1107 The concentration of diazepam in the sample was calculated using a standard curve. The detection method of this invention exhibits high selectivity for diazepam and is unaffected by interference from macromolecules such as proteins, lipids, and glucose, as well as small molecule chemicals in complex matrices. It enables trace, rapid, and accurate detection of diazepam residues in aquatic products, and has significant application prospects in practical scenarios such as port clearance and on-site law enforcement.

Rapid detection method for diazepam residue in aquatic products based on immunomagnetic materials

This invention provides a rapid detection method for diazepam residues in aquatic products based on immunomagnetic materials. The method utilizes immunomagnetic materials to achieve high-level enrichment and rapid separation of diazepam, thereby improving the sensitivity of the detection method. Combined with colloidal gold detection, it can be used for rapid on-site detection of diazepam residues in aquatic products. This method uses immunomagnetic beads for selective adsorption and separation of diazepam residues in aquatic products. It is simple to operate, highly sensitive, with an average recovery rate of 75.9%–96.0%, a relative standard deviation of 2.96%–8.99%, and a detection limit of 1.0 μg / kg for diazepam. Methodological validation shows that this method has high specificity and good stability, and can be used for rapid on-site detection of diazepam residues in aquatic products, providing technical support for food safety supervision.
