6 results about "Accelerated solvent extraction" patented technology

Accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) is a method for extracting various chemicals from a complex solid or semisolid sample matrix. The process uses high temperature and pressure, which results in the extraction taking less time and requiring less solvent, and possibly also giving better analyte recovery, than traditional methods that use less extreme conditions. The elevated temperature is employed to increase extraction efficiency of the analyte of interest and the elevated pressure is used to keep the solvent in a liquid state as the temperature is increased above its boiling point . An automated system for the process was developed by Dionex.

Method for efficiently extracting high-activity tremella polysaccharide by accelerated solvent extraction method

The invention discloses a method for efficiently extracting high-activity tremella polysaccharide (TFPS) through an accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) method, and belongs to the technical field of natural product extraction. Aiming at the defects of long time consumption, low efficiency, easy degradation of active components and the like of a traditional hot water extraction (HWE) method, the method adopts a high-temperature and high-pressure static extraction technology, a dried and crushed tremella sample (particle size is less than or equal to 0.5 mm) and diatomite are mixed and then are filled into an extraction tank, and static extraction is performed for multiple times at high temperature and high pressure to obtain a white fungus extract; the methanol-chloroform mixed solvent is used for multiple times of automatic cyclic extraction, and the treatment time of a single batch of samples is short. The obtained ASE-TFPS is rich in molecular weight lt; and in a H2O2-induced caenorhabditis elegans oxidative stress model, the ROS clearance rate is high, the SOD enzyme activity is improved, and the recovery level is equivalent to that of a normal control group. According to the method, rapid, efficient and high-activity extraction of the tremella polysaccharide is achieved, and the product has remarkable application value in the field of functional food, anti-aging cosmetics and antioxidant drug development.

Preparation method of sporopollenin purification material and application thereof

The application provides a preparation method of sporopollenin purification material and application thereof. The sporopollenin purification material is prepared by adding plant spores and pollen into an extraction tank and using an accelerated solvent extraction instrument, using methanol as an extraction solvent, an extraction temperature of 70 DEG C, an extraction pressure of 1500 psi, an extraction time of 5 min, and 2 cycles, washing the plant spores and pollen with a solvent acetonitrile / water / formic acid (70:28:2, v / v / v) after extraction, and drying at 60 DEG C for 12 hours, so that a hydrophilic solid-phase extraction adsorbent is successfully prepared. The sporopollenin purification material is rich in source, good in biocompatibility, non-toxic and non-polluted. The prepared sporopollenin purification material is complete in appearance, stable in property, stronger in binding force, cleaner in spore cavity, and has a hydrophilic adsorption effect due to the functional groups of multiple hydroxyl groups on the surface, so that the polar compounds can be well adsorbed.

PendingCN122385793ADisperse dyeTest sample
The application belongs to the technical field of detection, and particularly relates to a detection method and application of a sensitizing disperse dye in soil and sediment. The detection method of the sensitizing disperse dye comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining and extracting a sample, then treating the extracted sample to obtain a to-be-tested sample solution; configuring a standard solution, testing the standard solution by liquid chromatography, and establishing a standard curve of concentration and peak area; (2) detecting the to-be-tested sample solution by liquid chromatography, and quantifying by an external standard method to realize detection and analysis of the sensitizing disperse dye in the sample. The liquid chromatography detection method of the sensitizing disperse dye in soil and sediment provided by the application mainly aims at the technical problems of long time consumption, large solvent consumption, and decomposition of heat-sensitive dyes under high-temperature conditions in the current technology, and has the advantages of short processing period, relatively low instrument and technology cost, and small solvent consumption compared with the Soxhlet extraction method, accelerated solvent extraction, and oscillation extraction.
