The present invention provides improved devices, systems and methods for producing dental molds, each having portions representing a patient's oral soft tissue and a desired tooth configuration. These molds are designed for use in the fabrication of appliances used in orthodontic treatment, particularly, elastic repositioning appliances. However, they may also be used in the fabrication of traditional appliances, such as retainers and positioners, used, for example in the final or finishing stages of an otherwise conventional treatment. The dental molds are comprised of a mold or relief of the patient's soft tissue, such as a palate, facial gingival tissue and/or lingual gingival tissue, and a separate or separable mold or relief of the patient's dental arch having teeth in a desired tooth configuration. Since, the tooth configuration will change as a patient progresses through orthodontic treatment, the relief of the dental arch will be fabricated separately from the relief of the oral soft tissue. Typically, the dental arch relief will be fabricated using rapid prototyping methods. The soft tissue relief may also be fabricated using rapid prototyping, however it may also be fabricated using traditional mold making methods, i.e., casting with plaster or other mold making materials. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, combining alkylol amine and CO2 into a zwitterions intermediate product with an alkylol amine activator-added sodium carbonate water solution as a CO2 absorbent; then carrying out hydration reaction to dissociate again for recycling; neutralizing H<+> generated in the hydration reaction with an alkaline ion CO3<2->; and combining HCO3<-> generated in the hydration reaction and the metallic ion Na<+> to separate gradually to finally obtain a sodium bicarbonate slurry. The sodium bicarbonate slurry is subjected to resolving and regeneration to obtain CO2 gas and a sodium carbonate solution. The CO2 gas is prepared into a liquid state through conventional treatment. The apparatus mainly comprises an absorbing tower, a tilted plate sedimentation tank, a regenerating tower, a cooler, a gas-liquid separator, a dryer, a compressor, a condenser, and the like which are connected through pipelines. The invention has the characteristics of simple process flow and apparatus combination, low investment and running cost and capability of being suitable for large flow rate and low concentration of the flue gas of the tail part of a power station boiler; and the expensive alkylol amine is replaced to prepare the liquid carbon dioxide with high purity.

The installation pedestal (1) of the positioning tapper sleeve, a bolt (3) and a washer (4) on the straightening machine form a positioning component. When straightening, the slender shaft parts (5) are arranged on an auxiliary support (6) which is used to prevent the positioning parts from being damaged because of overpressure. The positioning parts moves left and right to install and dismantle parts, and drives the parts to rotate through a plurality of sensors (7) to inspect straightness. The other working procedures are carried out in conventional treatment. The processing method has the characteristics of high material utilization rate, short production period, high production efficiency and low production cost.

The invention discloses a method for cultivating edible fungi, which comprises the following steps: using mulberry branches as the raw material to prepare cone-shaped particle and drying the corn-shaped particle; putting the dried mulberry branch particle into nutrient solution to be immersed until the nutrient solution is totally absorbed, wherein 100 parts by weight of dried mulberry branch particle is taken as the reference, and the weight proportion of the nutrient solution is that 170 to 277 parts of water, 13 to 18 parts of corn meal, 0.3 to 0.5 part of sucrose and 0.1 to 0.3 part of calcined lime; uniformly mixing the immersed mulberry branch particle with a fungi culture medium determined according to the type of the edible fungi, filling the mixture into a fungi bag or a fungi bottle, sterilizing, cooling, inoculating and cultivating the fungi; after hypha overgrows the whole fungi bag or the fungi bottle for 7 days, taking out the mulberry branch particle and inserting the mulberry branch particle into a fungi stick; and carrying out conventional treatment according to the type of the cultivated edible fungi after inoculating to obtain the edible fungi. The method does not need to use the device to punch and has simple and convenient operation, low production cost and low mixed bacterium infection rate. The harvest time of the edible fungi of the method is longer 20 to 30 days than that in the prior art.

The stainless steel acid-washing passivation liquid is easy to use: the stainless steel acid-washing passivation liquid is poured into a tank, and soaks the stainless steel at normal temperature without heating; and the washing speed is about 50% higher than those of the acid-washing passivation liquid (paste) in the existing market and the acid-washing passivation liquid containing nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid, and the washing quantity is as 3.2 times or so as the like products in the market. The novel stainless steel acid-washing passivation liquid can complete oil removal, derusting, descaling and acid-washing passivation at one time. The residual liquid after use can be treated by a conventional treatment method, and can also be used for treating dyeing waste water; and the treated dyeing waste water is clear and transparent and achieves the reclamation standard. Thus, the stainless steel acid-washing passivation liquid has the advantages of environment protection and water resource saving, and can recycle water.
