Abstract

The invention provides a HoloLens-based intelligent assembly production line simulation method. The method comprises the following steps of firstly performing mathematical modeling and simulation on the arrangement scheduling of the assembly line; converting the multi-objective flexible job shop scheduling problem into a mixed integer programming model, including the steps of determining a constraint condition, selecting an optimization target and performing mathematical modeling according to the selected optimization target; solving the mixed integer programming model by using the improved genetic algorithm to obtain an arrangement scheduling scheme; and finally presenting the obtained arrangement scheduling scheme to the user through the HoloLens head-mounted device equipment. The HoloLens-based intelligent assembly production line simulation method provided by the invention can shorten the product assembly cycle, reduce the product assembly cost and improve the product assembly quality, and on the other hand, enhances the user interaction experience by utilizing the HoloLens head-mounted display equipment.
