Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a railway water supply system which comprises water supply terminals, a homing device and a management and control system. The water supply terminals are used for conveying water to a railway train and sending water supply state information to the management and control system. The water supply state information is used for indicating whether the water supply terminals are in a water supply state or not, the homing device is used for homing and placing the water supply terminals and sending homing state information to the management and control system, the homing state information is used for indicating whether the water supply terminal corresponding to the homing device is in a homing state or not, and the management and control system is used for displaying the water supply state information and the homing state information of each water supply terminal. The management and control system can display the water supply state information and the homing state information of each water supply terminal, therefore, a water supply person can know the state of each water supply terminal in real time, a train is prevented from being started when the water supply terminals are in a water delivery state or when the water supply terminals are not homing to the homing device, and potential safety hazards are avoided.
