Abstract

The invention discloses a financial document image segmentation and correction method based on a mobile terminal. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preprocessing an image; (2) performing foreground and background segmentation on the image; (3) carrying out contour detection on the segmented image; (4) removing redundant contours; (5) carrying out straight line fitting on the document contour to obtain four straight lines, and then solving four intersection points; and (6) correcting the position of the document to obtain a standard rectangle. According to the financial document image segmentation and correction method based on the mobile terminal, the financial document image is accurately segmented under different illumination intensities, and the whole algorithm has the advantages of being simple, high in accuracy, good in robustness and high in positioning speed.
