The control method comprises the following steps that a refrigerant state parameter of an air supplementing branch is obtained under the condition that the air conditioner is in heating operation and air supplementing is carried out on a compressor; and the heating operation of liquid inlet refrigerant of a liquid-vapor separator is controlled according to the refrigerant state parameter of the air supplementing branch. According to the control method, the compression performance of the compressor can be improved in an air supplementing mode during heating operation of the air conditioner; and the heating operation of the liquid inlet refrigerant of the liquid-vapor separator is adjusted based on the refrigerant state parameter of the air supplementing branch, after heating is directly adjusted, the liquid inlet refrigerant can become gaseous, the temperature and the flow of the refrigerant for air supplementing are diverted, and therefore the air supplementing effect on air supplementing and enthalpy increasing ofthe compressor is effectively improved. The invention further discloses a control device for air supplementing and enthalpy increasing of the air conditioner and the air conditioner.
