The fractured carbonate rock acid fracturing matching optimization method includes the steps that S1, a reservoir model is established and a grid is divided; S2, the etching width of a natural fracture and hydraulic fracture is input to obtain permeability of the corresponding grid; S3, fluid pressure distribution of a reservoir at the end of a time step is calculated; S4, the fluid pressure distribution of the reservoir is substituted into step S2 to calculate the acid corrosion fracture flow conductivity considering the stress sensitivity at the current time step, and the permeability of the hydraulic fracture and natural fracture is re-evaluated; S5, steps S2 to S4 are repeated until the pressure distribution in the reservoir within the total time of productivity simulation is obtained; S6, a dynamic productivity index under the reference closure stress iscalculated, and the time step of a stable section is determined; and S7, a dimensionless productivity index curve plate in the stable section with different construction parameters is calculated, andthe optimized construction parameters are read according to the plate.
