Abstract

The invention discloses a tracheal cannula with suction on an airbag. A catheter is arranged at the position of the airbag of the tracheal cannula, the inlet of the catheter is formed in a position corresponding to the bottom of the airbag, and retentate on the airbag is drawn out through the catheter; a guide wire is arranged outside the catheter in parrallel, the catheter is pulled and supportedby the guide wire, and the tracheal cannula is equipped with a fixing block; a clamping groove for fixing the catheter is formed in the outer side of the fixing block, grooves for winding and fixingthe guide wire are formed in the left and right of the fixing block, and a connector is arranged at the lower end of the catheter; and the catheter is connected with a syringe through the connector soas to achieve drainage of the retentate on the airbag. The tracheal cannula has the advantages that the retentate on the airbag which is applied to tracheal cannula respirator-assisted respiration ofa patient can be removed actively, and the occurrence of respirator-related pneumonia and application time of a respirator can be reduced significantly, so that the hospitalization cost of the patient is reduced greatly.
