Abstract

An infrared dry burning preventing stove comprises a cooking bench, infrared burners, a gas supply unit, a control unit, dry burning preventing mechanisms and switches. The infrared burners are arranged on the cooking bench, and the control unit and the gas supply unit are arranged on the side, away from the infrared burners, of the cooking bench. The switches are used for manually controlling thegas supply unit to supply gas to the infrared burners. The control unit is electrically connected with the gas supply unit and can control the gas supply unit to supply gas to the infrared burners. Each infrared burner comprises a burner body and an ignition needle, each burner body is provided with an inner ring cavity, the ignition needles are arranged on the burner bodies and stretch out of the inner ring cavities, and the dry burning preventing mechanisms are arranged on the infrared burners and located above the ignition needles in the inner ring cavities.
