The driving circuit comprises a ramp voltage generation circuit, a voltage modulation circuit, and a detection circuit; the ramp voltage generation circuit is used for generating a ramp voltage linearly changing with time after being turned on; the voltage modulation circuit is used for controlling the voltage of the control end of the power switch tube according to the rampvoltage and the output voltage, so that the output voltage linearly changes along with the ramp voltage; and the detection circuit is used for starting the slope voltage generation circuit when the control end voltage of the power switch tube turns on the power switch tube, and so that a fixed output voltage with a linearly changed slope can be provided.
