The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating gonarthromeningitis and a preparation method thereof. According to a formula of the traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention, on the basis of raw astragalus membranaceus, honey-stir-baked radix polygalae, achyranthes bidentata, dendrobe and honeysuckle, salvia miltiorrhiza, angelica sinensis,vinegar-prepared rhizoma sparganic, vinegar-prepared frankincense and vinegar-prepared myrrh which have the effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis and relieving pain are added;wine-prepared fructus corni and codonopsis pilosula for tonifying liver and kidney and supporting healthy qi and rhizoma anemarrhenae for discharging heat are supplemented; poria cocos is added for tonifying spleen and eliminating dampness; and the vinegar-prepared frankincense and the vinegar-prepared myrrh are combined to achieve the effect of circulating meridian qi and blood. Thus, the whole formula provided by the invention has good effects of clearing heat, promoting diuresis, dredging joints and nourishing liver and kidney. The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention has significant treatment effect on gonarthromeningitis in animal experiments and clinical experiments.
