The method comprises steps of calculating the power generation power of photovoltaic power generation equipment, determining the working power of the storage battery energy storage equipment, and determining the actual load demand electric quantity; dividing a high-electricity-price time period and a low-electricity-price time period by taking an average electricity price as a reference so as to schedule the storage battery according to a low-price energy storage and high-price energy discharge principle; and solving an optimal charging and discharging state of the storage battery based on the optimal scheduling model of the energy storage equipment by adopting an inertia weight linear decreasing particle swarm optimization algorithm. The household distributed energy scheduling method based on the storage battery energy storage system is advantaged in that a problem of unstable photovoltaic power generation is solved, by considering an energy storage system and implementing different storage battery charging and discharging strategies according to high and lowelectricity prices, distributed coordinated electricity utilization is carried out, electricity utilization scheduling can be carried out under the condition that the service time of electric appliances is not changed, meanwhile, the photovoltaic power generation utilization rate can be increased, and electricity utilization cost can be reduced.
