The invention provides a solar tracking gear
assembly which adopts primary
involute geardrive, primary double-
crank involute planetary
gear drive with
small teeth difference, and primary NGW planetary
gear drive and primary
bevel gear drive. The
azimuth angle adjusting drive and the altitude angle adjusting drive of a
solar cell panel are controlled through two brakes. The solar tracking gear
assembly has the following advantages: (1) high speed ratio,
high torque and small size, wherein the
single stage speed ratio of
involute geardrive with
small teeth difference can reach a maximum of 100, the
single stage speed ratio of planetary
gear drive can reach 13, the driving
energy consumption is reduced greatly, and the energy generation
plant factor is improved; (2) large rigidity and good drive performance, wherein the
inertia force of a rotary
gear train is reduced through multistage deceleration, the additional dynamic load is reduced obviously, and a drive
system operates more stably; the solar tracking gear
assembly has multipoint internal meshing and power dividing characteristics, high
shock resistance and overloading resistance, and large
torsional rigidity; (3)
double degree-of-freedom output, the solar tracking gear assembly gets rid of a traditional
driving mode of multiple motors and multiple driving units, driving mechanisms are simplified, and
energy consumption and purchase costs are lowered; (4) excellent manufacturability.
