The novel generator stator winding comprises a plurality of silicon steel plates, wherein a plurality of inner slot teeth and a plurality of outer slot teeth are formed on each silicon steel plate; the plurality of the inner slot teeth and the plurality of the outer slot teeth are in positional correspondence in the radial direction; inner blocking slots facing towards the direction of the center of the circle are formed in the gaps among the plurality of the inner slot teeth; outer blocking slots deviating from the direction of the center of the circle are formed in the gaps among the plurality of the outer slot teeth; and the plurality of the silicon steel plates of the same structure are overlapped together to form the stator of the generator. According to the winding method of the generator stator winding disclosed by the invention, the variation magnetic fields in the silicon steel plates are sufficiently utilized to generate induced current, so that the intensity of the generated current is directly improved on the condition of not verifying the input power; and the generating efficiency of the generator is improved on the condition of not increasing the input mechanical energy.
