The processing positioning device comprises a fixed base and a protective mechanism, wherein the inner sideof the top end of the fixed base is fixedly equipped with a workbench; the protective mechanism comprises two limiting clamping plates which are separately positioned at the two sides of the top endof the workbench; a limiting slide slot is formed in the top end surface of the workbench; the bottom ends of the two limiting clamping plates are positioned inside the limiting slide slot; the innersides of the two limiting clamping plates are equipped with rotary handles; limiting slots are formed in inner side surfaces of the limiting clamping plates; and connecting plates are mounted inside the limiting slots. Compared with the prior art, the processing positioning device has the beneficial effects that: the protective mechanism is arranged to avoid the problem that quality of the parts is affected as air conditioner parts are easily deformed and damaged in a clamping process if a clamp which is made of relatively hard steel is adopted to clamp in a using process; a first spring is arranged to achieve buffer effect; and a rubber mat is soft and deformable rubber, so that skid resistance is improved.
