Embodiment Construction

[0042] Figure 1a A schematic perspective view of a touch interface of a touch detection device is shown.

[0043] Here, the touch interface 1 has the shape of a hexahedron. However, the touch interface 1 may have other specific shapes, such as shapes based on triangles, circles, squares or polygons. Here, the touch interface 1 generally has three dimensions: length L, width I and thickness e.

[0044] In an advantageous embodiment, the thickness e is the smallest dimension. The thickness e is between 0.4mm and 30mm.

[0045] For a thickness e between 0.4 mm and 2 mm, the touch interface 1 may be flexible or made flexible. For a thickness e between 2 mm and 30 mm, the touch interface 1 is more rigid.

[0046] Thus, a specific thickness e imparts specific mechanical properties to the touch interface 1 .

[0047] Typically, the touch interface 1 consists of composite materials. The composite material is a lignocellulosic material impregnated with resin.

Abstract

A touch detection device comprises a touch interface (1) made of composite material comprising a lignocellulosic material and a resin, the lignocellulosic material being impregnated with the resin, the fraction of resin being between 30% and 80% by weight relative to the total weight of composite material. The resin impregnated makes it possible to render the touch interface stable irrespective ofthe temperature and moisture conditions with a view to use both outside and inside. Use of the touch detection device for a touchscreen.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a touch detection device comprising a touch interface, a touch screen comprising the touch detection device and a display device, and a motor vehicle comprising the touch detection device. [0002] Generally, the present invention relates to the field of touch detection devices. [0003] The invention finds particular application in the field of luxury goods, electronic equipment (mobile phones, tablets, hi-fi, televisions, drones), watches, furniture and more particularly in the field of motor vehicles for equipping cockpits. In the cockpit, touch detection devices enable the control areas of the dashboard, doors, steering wheel or center console located between the front seats of the motor vehicle. These control areas include surfaces known as "smart surfaces" (also known as "smart surfaces" in English). Background technique [0004] One solution known is a touch detection device with a touch interface made of natural wood ...
