Abstract

The invention discloses a method for identifying an interactive association relationship between related service requirements of product. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, establishinga group rough cloud model of the influence degree between the product related service requirements; step 2, determining the numerical value of the influence degree between the related service requirements of the product; and step 3, sorting the related service requirements of the product based on a DEMATEL method. The method has the beneficial effects that each evaluator is allowed to freely givejudgment and evaluation in the form of interval language values; the advantages of a DEMATEL method, a cloud model theory and a rough set theory are combined; the uncertainty of personal evaluation is processed by using a cloud model theory, so that the use defects of a fuzzy set theory can be effectively overcome; the subjective value and the objective value of the influence degree are comprehensively considered, and the influence degree between related service requirements of products can be more comprehensively disclosed.
