The invention relates to a double source heat pump air conditioning unit which comprises a compressor, a four-way reversal valve, a refrigerant-water heat exchanger, a finned heat exchanger, a refrigeration throttling valve, a one-way valve, a heating throttle valve, an electromagnetic valve and a connecting pipeline, wherein the finned heat exchanger is arranged in a shell; the shell is internally successively provided with the fan, a sprinkler, the finned heat exchanger, a heat rejection padding and a water collecting disc from top to bottom, and the lower part of the shell is provided with an air inlet arranged between the water collecting disc and the heat rejection padding; the water collecting disc is connected with the sprinkler through a water circulating pump, and the two ends of the finned heat exchanger are respectively connected with the four-way reversal valve and the refrigerant-water heat exchanger; and the finned heat exchanger comprises a first finned heat exchanger and a second finned heat exchanger, and the first finned heat exchanger is connected with the second finned heat exchanger through the electromagnetic valve and the heating throttle valve which are parallel. The double source heat pump air conditioning unit provided by the invention is capable of overcoming the use defects of a simple air source heat pump unit and a water source heat pump unit, and is applicable to multiple environmental conditions; and the double source heat pump air conditioning unit has the advantages of low heat transfer temperature, notable energy-saving effect and high unit operation efficiency.
