Abstract

The invention discloses a prediction system for obesity of children. The system comprises a data sample collection module which collects metabolism type data of the children with different birth weights, and forms baseline samples of different layer groups; a model factor extraction module which is used for carrying out omics characteristic inspection from the metabolism type data of the baselinesamples of each layer group, and extracts and analyzes fat factor markers and characteristic data which are respectively related to intrauterine factors and / or acquired factors and are used for distinguishing different obesity subtypes; and a model prediction construction module which is used for converting the screened fat factor markers and characteristic data into obesity results and differentmetabolic subtype compliance results to generate a risk prediction model. The prediction system disclosed by the invention is helpful for clinicians to treat and prognostically judge the obesity of the children.
