Abstract

An SNP marker is located in a sequence shownin SEQ ID NO. 1. According to the invention, the obtained SNPs locus is converted into the AS-PCR marker, and the AS-PCR is utilized to identify three kinds of oxyeleotris. The detection method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple operation, short time consumption and low cost. The designed AS-PCR primer group has high sensitivity, the P2 primer can be diluted to 10-4 times in atemplate, and the P3 primer can be diluted to 10-3 times in the template, so that the primer group has extremely high application value.
