Abstract

The invention relates to a streamline PDC drill bit for improving rock carrying capability and a design method of the streamline PDC drill bit. Five novel streamline blades are arranged on a streamline PDC drill bit body, and a flow channel between tails of every two adjacent blades is provided with an asymmetric twisted splitter blade. The design method of the streamline PDC drill bit capable of improving the rock carrying capability comprises two major parts including a design method of a novel streamline blade and a design method of an asymmetric twisted splitter blade. Compared with a traditional PDC drill bit, the streamline PDC drill bit provided by the invention has the advantages that the flow channel between every two adjacent blades is additionally provided with the splitter blade, and in addition, the blades adopt the novel streamline design, so that the flow speed of annular fluid is accelerated, and the rock carrying efficiency of the drill bit can be improved, the generation of mud drums is avoided, and the drilling efficiency is improved.
