According to the braille reading method, the electronic equipment and the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention, every three-point braille in the six-point braille is taken as a conversion unit, and one six-point braille of the target reading character is converted into two independent vibration codes, so that for a single vibration code, the coding complexity can be reduced, the memory difficulty of a user is reduced, therefore, the recognition rate is improved, and the reading speed is increased; and vibration coding has better expansibility and more combination possibilities, and common words and common sentence patterns can be expanded conveniently.
