The forming die comprises a limiting seat, a male die and a cam, wherein a sliding groove is formed in the limiting seat, the male die is in sliding connection with the sliding groove, and a return spring is arranged in the sliding groove; the cam comprises a convex part; a connecting hole used for being connected with the driving mechanism is formed in the cam; when the driving mechanism drives the cam to rotate and enables the cam to rotate till the convex part abuts against the male die, the male die is ejected out of the outer edge of the limiting seat; and when the cam rotates until the convex part does not abut against the male die, the return spring limits the male die to extend out of the outer edge of the limiting seat.
