Abstract

The invention discloses an ocean wave energy and wind energy coupled power generation technology, and particularly relates to a multi-degree-of-freedom wave energy floater and semi-submersible type fan coupled power generation system and method. The power generation system comprises a semi-submersible type platform, and a wind power generation mechanism is installed in the center of the upper portion of the semi-submersible type platform; a multi-degree-of-freedom wave energy floater is mounted on the semi-submersible platform on the periphery of the wind power generation mechanism; and the wind power generation mechanism and the multi-degree-of-freedom wave energy floaters are controlled by the central control system. During power generation, the central control system monitors the quality of electric energy generated by the wind driven generator in real time, compares the quality with rated parameters of the device, automatically converts the difference into control parameters of the wave energy power generation device, and adjusts the power generation behavior of the wave energy power generation device. The effect that the output electric energy of the wave energy power generation device and the output electric energy of the wind driven generator are complementary is achieved, the quality of the electric energy output by the central control system is closer to rated parameters, and therefore the storm coupling power generation system can produce richer and higher-quality electric energy.
