Abstract

The invention provides application of a marker and a detection reagent thereof in preparation of a kit for screening and/or auxiliary diagnosis of ASD. Studies find that the abundance of Streptococcus oral cavity, the abundance of Streptococcus oral cavity bacteriophage and the abundance of virulence factors (VFs) carried by Streptococcus oral cavity have significant differences in ASD and normal children's oral cavities, and are closely related to the severity of clinical manifestations such as ADOS score and language exchange score, the changes are not observed in parallel intestinal flora sampling, and the abundance of Streptococcus oral cavity bacteriophage and VFs carried by the Streptococcus oral cavity bacteriophage and the VFs carried by the Streptococcus oral cavity bacteriophage have significant differences in ASD and normal children's oral cavities and are closely related to the severity of clinical manifestations such as ADOS score and language exchange score.
