Abstract

A metered liquid dispensing device for dispensing a quantity of liquid from a container. The device includes an applicator and a rotatable metering device. The metering device includes an inner chamber and rotates from a first position, wherein the chamber is filled from the container, to a second position, wherein the liquid contents of the chamber flows into the applicator. The applicator may include a roll-on applicator or similar topical applicator. Seals may prevent leakage of liquid from apertures and openings during transitions and while in the first and second positions.
