The invention relates to an automatic rotating device for display screens of desktop computers. The automatic rotating device comprises a support, a guide rail board, a lifting rod and a micromotor, wherein a vertical column of the support is in the shape of a hollow tube, the micromotor is arranged at the bottom of the support, a micromotor shaft is connected with a screw, the lifting rod is arranged in the support above the micromotor, the screw is sleeved in the lifting rod which is in the shape of a hollow tube, a nut is fixed at the lower end of the lifting rod and is in thread fit with the screw, a hinge pin is arranged on the outer wall of the upper end of the lifting rod, a guide pin is arranged on the outer wall of the upper end of the vertical column, an arc guide rail and a hinge hole are arranged on the guide rail board and are matched with the guide pin and the hinge pin respectively, and the guide rail board is connected with the back of a display screen. By the aid of the automatic rotating device for the display screens of the desktop computers, computer operators can rotate the display screens by 90 degrees as required to enable the display screens to be vertical, so that the display screens are comfortable and convenient to use when used for similar operations of text document processing, word processing, form processing or the like.
