It is characterized by long, weak stems; smaller leaves due to longer internodes; and a pale yellow color (chlorosis). The development of seedlings in the dark is known as "skotomorphogenesis" and leads to etiolated seedlings.

Cutting method for tea seedlings

The present invention discloses a cutting method for tea seedlings. The method comprises six main steps of scion cutting, seedbed preparation, scion inserting, greenhouse shading cultivation, greenhouse cultivation, nutritional bowl loading in a sucker division mode and seedling-hardening. During a process of seedbed preparation, by adding water-absorbing resin into mixed subsoil, the heavy workload for water management after cutting in a traditional scion cutting is reduced by using an excellent characteristic of a strong water retention property of the water-absorbing resin. The cut seedbed is fed into a shading greenhouse; by leaf and organization etiolation, a cortex of the scion is thickened and parenchymal cells are increased to promote differentiation and rooting of an original body of a scion root. In addition, the temperature of a cutting soil layer is controlled to be maintained at 30 DEG C within 50 days all the way, so that the scions are quick to take roots, thereby improving the survival rate of the cutting seedlings. Practice indicates that by adopting the method disclosed by the present invention, the survival rate of the cutting seedlings reaches up to 98%. Compared with that of a traditional method, 15% is increased. In conclusion, the method disclosed by the present invention has the advantages of simple operation and rapid rooting speed; the method is not limited by seasons and can meet the demand for actual production.

High-efficient method for cultivating fry of turbot family

An efficient cultivation method of a turbot family offspring comprises the following steps: parent fish selection, parent fish cultivation, artificial directional mating, hatching, offspring cultivation and getting of commercial offsprings. The parent fish is selected from germplasm parent fish of different batches from different countries; artificial fertilization is performed among different germplasm parent fish, and the same batch of the parent fish are not allowed to mate with each other; offspring cultivation is as follows: at the early period, the adopted facility is a 3m glass reinforced plastics barrel, and bait comprises chlorella, rotifer and artemia; at the middle period, the adopted facility is a 10m cement pond, and the bait is micro pellet bait; at the later period, the adopted facility is a 20-30m cement pond, and the bait is fish larvae pellet bait; and specification of the commercial offsprings is 5-6cm. The method is characterized by adopting the parent fish with different germplasm resources for the artificial directional mating, and seriously controlling inbreeding; and adopting different culturing facilities to cultivate the offspring by three stages, which causes the offspring emergence rate of the commercial offspring to reach 46.8%, and improves growth rate thereof by 36%, and lowers of etiolation rate thereof below 5%. The method can efficiently produce high-quality turbot offsprings, and is applicable to large-scale production.

Storage and preservation method of flowering Chinese cabbage

The invention discloses a storage and preservation method of flowering Chinese cabbage. The method comprises the following steps of 1) selecting out flowering Chinese cabbage which is harvested in a suitable stage and has not mechanical damages, diseases and insect damages, precooling, and treating cuts of the precooled flowering Chinese cabbage through an anti-bacterial agent and an anti-browning agent, 2) filling the flowering Chinese cabbage treated by the previous step into preservation bags, treating the flowering Chinese cabbage through 1-methylcyclopropene solution with a concentrationof 0.5 to 30 ppm, tying up the preservation bags immediately, and storing them at a temperature of 1 to 2 DEG C, wherein during the storage process, the preservation bags are closed for at least 12 hours. In the invention, flowering Chinese cabbage is precooled, treated by an anti-decay and anti-browning process, packaged by preservation bags, and through a combination with biological characteristics, treated through an ethylene action inhibitor 1-methylcyclopropene with an appropriate concentration at a low temperature. Therefore, senescence symptoms of flowering Chinese cabbage blade etiolation, tender stem lignification and the like are slowed down; and symptoms of decay, cut browning and wilting due to water loss are reduced. The storage and preservation method is utilized for treating fresh flowering Chinese cabbage and treated flowering Chinese cabbage still keeps the original quality after one mouths.

The invention relates to an etiolation resisting agent for fresh-cut eleocharis tuberosa. The etiolation resisting agent comprises 0.5%-1.0% of salicylic acid , 1.0%-1.5% of ferulic acid, 0.2%-2.0% of a fresh ginger extract, 0.5%-1.0% of chitosan and the balance of water. An application method of the etiolation resisting agent for fresh-cut eleocharis-tuberosa comprises the following steps of (1) peeling eleocharis tuberosa, and cutting the peeled eleocharis tuberosa into sheets of which the thickness is 0.4-0.6cm; (2) soaking the fresh-cut eleocharis tuberosa with the etiolation resisting preparation for the fresh-cut eleocharis tuberosa for 10-20min; (3) performing drying to remove the moisture on the surface of the fresh-cut eleocharis tuberosa; and (4) performing sealed packaging with a preservative film so as to obtain finished products of the etiolation resisting preparation for fresh-cut eleocharis tuberosa. The etiolation resisting agent disclosed by the invention can maintain the bright and white color of the fresh-cut eleocharis tuberosa for 20 days or above, has the effect of fresh keeping, and can effectively restrain the condition that the fresh-cut eleocharis tuberosa becomes rotten caused by pathogenic bacteria. The fresh keeping agent disclosed by the invention is low in cost, and the flavor of the eleocharis tuberosa is not influenced basically.

The novel composite fresh keeping agent for keeping the vegetables green is liquid and comprises the following effective components of cholesterol of 0.2-0.5g/L, L-arginine of 0.04-0.06mmol/L and water-soluble chitosan of 0.08-0.12%(m/m). According to the novel composite fresh keeping agent, the L-arginine and the cholesterol are matched for use, so that the fresh keeping effect of the cholesterol is enhanced; the dosage of the cholesterol contained in the novel composite fresh keeping agent is limited, and the novel composite fresh keeping agent is safe to use. The water-soluble chitosan is used as a preservative and a stabilizing agent for a cholesterol solution, and three kinds of ingredients are mixed in a specific proportion and certain sequence so as to obtain the composite fresh keeping agent. The methodcomprises the following steps: in spring, excellent germplasm of the xanthoceras sorbifolium is selected, branches are cut, whole plants are covered by bags for shielding light, etiolation tender branches are collected 70 days, 80 days and 90 days after etiolation treatment is performed, the tender branches are pruned to tender branch cuttings, wherein each tender branch cutting is about 7-10 cm,the cuttings are processed by using indoleacetic acid with different concentrations, cutting is performed, cuttings are normally managed in a full-illumination spray cutting bed for rooting, 90 days after the cutting is performed, a rooting rate is counted, 110 days after the cutting is performed, growth period prolonging treatment is performed by using a simplified greenhouse on the cutting bed,and 280 days after the cutting is performed, a seedling forming rate is counted. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the etiolation treatment is performed for 80 days, the indoleaceticacid with a high concentration of 5000 mg/L is used for treatment, and cutting management is performed under the full-illumination spray conditions, so that the rooting rate and seedling forming rateof the tender branches of the xanthoceras sorbifolium are greatly improved; and the method for promoting the cutting rooting and seedling formation of the tender branches of the xanthoceras sorbifolium provided by the invention provide a technical basis for excellent seedlings of vegetative propagation much required by large-scale planting of a xanthoceras sorbifolium forest in China.
