The invention discloses a formula and preparation of a novel environmentally-friendly water-soluble
rust inhibitor, wherein the components of the formula comprise
triethanolamine, dodecenylsuccinic acid,
sodium edetate and deionized water. The preparation steps comprise: adding
sodium edetate to deionized water, and carrying out stirring dissolving to obtain a
sodium edetate liquid; mixing
triethanolamine and dodecenyl
succinic acid, and stirring uniformly to achieve a viscous state so as to obtain a first
mixed solution; continuously adding the
sodium edetate liquid to the first
mixed solution while stirring until the solution is transparent to obtain a second
mixed solution; and standing the second mixed solution until the solution is layered, and removing the upper layer oil liquid to obtain the novel environmentally-friendly water-soluble
rust inhibitor. According to the present invention, the novel environmentally-friendly water-soluble
rust inhibitor has wide uses, can be directly used for the rust prevention of
ferrous metal test members, can be used for blending
cutting fluids, has good rust resistance, and further has characteristics of no harm to the
human body and no environment
