The invention discloses an intelligent accounting
file storage system based on
radio frequency identification. The
system comprises a cabinet and a tag reader. The cabinet body is divided into three boxes with relatively fixed spaces by longitudinal brackets and transverse partition plates; the three boxes include the closed file box, the financial information box and the seal storage box, and
electronic tags are bonded to the surfaces of the boxes respectively; each electronic tag includes a
chip, antennas and a substrate, and the antennas and the chips are fixed to the substrates through organic
adhesive polymers; each antenna is composed of a rectangular part, a bent part and a
chip connecting part, and the rectangular parts and the corresponding bent parts are symmetrically distributedon the left and right sides with the corresponding
chip connecting parts as the centers. A special antenna circuit is designed, the performance of the
electronic tags is improved, and the
system is suitable for various accounting
file management application occasions; the
electronic tags and the tag reader are utilized to achieve automatic scanning identification, proofreading and marking of accounting files, the intelligent operation is fast and convenient, the precision is greatly improved, and the
workload of financial staff is significantly reduced.
