This invention relates to the field of
biofertilizer technology, specifically disclosing a microalgae
biofertilizer with
soil remediation function and its preparation method. The preparation method includes: domesticating and culturing *
Scenedesmus obliquus* liquid, *Cyanobacterium
cyanobacteria* liquid, and *Monoflagellates* liquid with γ-
aminobutyric acid-induced activation solution, and co-culturing them with *Bacillus polymyxa* and *
Bacillus megaterium* to obtain a bioslurry; encapsulating the bioslurry with
sodium alginate-
carboxymethyl chitosan to obtain bioactive microspheres; impregnating corn
straw with
magnesium-iron salt precursors and pyrolyzing it under
nitrogen to obtain modified
biochar loaded with
magnesium oxide and
iron oxide, and compounding it with
potassium humate to obtain a
biochar suspension; and mixing the bioactive microspheres,
biochar suspension,
xanthan gum,
zeolite,
ammonium polyphosphate,
potassium nitrate,
zinc sulfate,
potassium silicate, and deionized water evenly to obtain the microalgae
biofertilizer with
soil remediation function.
