system which is composed of a
human body limiting jaw frame, an arc-shaped acrylic baffle and a disposable ear hanging
mask, and convenient nasopharynx swab sampling operation can be achieved. After a testee wears the disposable
mask, the
sitting posture is rapidly adjusted, the jaw is placed on the jaw frame, and the mouth and the
nose are aligned to the opening of the acrylic transparent baffle. The angle is adjusted by
medical staff in advance and is most suitable for the action
habit of the
medical staff, and sampling of the nasopharynx can be completed without getting up and stretching out the hand. The whole process is simple and rapid, the detection time of a single person is shortened, fatigue of
medical staff is reduced, and meanwhile the
infection risk of the medical staff is greatly reduced through double protection of the disposable
mask and the transparent baffle. From the perspective of medical staff, the problems of high working intensity, long detection time and high
infection risk caused by excessive dependence on manpower in the current
nucleic acid detection are solved. The whole
system is simple in component and extremely short in production period, and is expected to quickly realize industrial large-scale
mass production and be applied to
nucleic acid detection.
