brazing method mainly comprises the following steps that S1, the surface of a dispersion 
copper workpiece and the surface of a 
Kovar alloy workpiece are cleaned and dried for use; S2, 
graphene composite particles are adopted as 
sand blasting raw materials, and surface 
sand blasting treatment is carried out on the surface of dispersion 
copper; S3, the dispersion copper workpiece is placed in a 
rare gas atmosphere, heating is carried out, compressed modified liquid is used for carrying out injection treatment on thesurface of the dispersion copper workpiece, and 
laser irradiation treatment is carried out on the surface of the dispersion copper workpiece; S4, film 
electroplating is carried out, wherein film
