According to the method provided by the invention, in the whole production process, the temperature is lower than or equal to 170 DEG C. In this temperature range, asphalt is completely free of ageing, so that performances of the asphalt such as viscidity and durability are not affected. Moreover, under the temperature condition, in a production or construction process, escape of toxic gas is not caused, so that the method is green and environmental-friendly.
