A light diffusion plate for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) back light unit is provided to improve heat resistance and light diffusion property in correspondence to large screen size of an LCD panel as reducing a fabrication cost. A base film layer(200) includes a siloxane light diffuser 0.1-1.0 wt% with average diameter of 1-20 mum and an acrylic light diffuser 0.1-10wt% with average diameter of 1-20 mum, among a basic resin 100 wt% mixed with a methacrylic acid-styrene copolymer and a methacrylic acid methyl-styrene copolymer. A coating layer(210) is stacked on one plane or both planes of the base film layer, and includes an arylic light diffuser 0.1-30 wt% with average diameter of 1-50 mum, a violet ray absorber 0.01-2 wt%, and an anti-static agent 0.001-10 wt%, for a methacrylic acid methyl-styrene copolymer 100 wt%.
