Abstract

A stepless rotational and positioning device is provided, which facilitates the rotation of a display and simultaneously provides stable support. The stepless rotational and positioning device comprises a pedestal, a rotary shaft and a positive force supplier. The pedestal comprises a shell and a base frame and the rotary shaft comprises a stress terminal and a frictional force seat, wherein the shell comprises at least one first friction surface which is arranged in correspondence to a second friction surface formed by the upper surface of the frictional force seat of the rotary shaft; the frictional force seat is rotatably equipped and contained inside the shell and adapted to the axial movement. The positive force supplier is equipped between the frictional force seat and the base frame and adapted to provide a positive force to axially compress the frictional force seat, so as to allow the contact between the first and the second friction surfaces.
