[0013] 1. Preparation of precursor SmAs

[0014] In an atmosphere of high-purity argon (99.999%) isolated from air, and H 2 The O content is less than 1ppm, fully grind Sm powder (99.99%) and As powder (99.99%) evenly, and press it into a sheet, then put it into a quartz tube, and evacuate it to a vacuum degree of less than 10 -3 Pa, after sealing, put the quartz tube into the muffle furnace. Raise the temperature at a rate of 2-6 degrees Celsius per minute to 500-650 degrees Celsius for 3-10 hours, then raise the temperature at a rate of 2-6 degrees Celsius per minute to 800-950 degrees Celsius and keep it for 5-10 hours, and finally cool down to room temperature with the furnace. The precursor preparation process is completed after the reactants are taken out from the quartz tube.

Abstract

A high-temperature superconducting material is a compound of the chemical formula as follows: SmO<1-x>FxFeAs, Tc 0-53K, wherein X is more than or equal to 0 but less than or equal to 0.4. A production method of the high-temperature superconducting material comprises the following steps: precursor preparation and target compound preparation. The precursor is SmAs and is obtained by mixing high-purity Sm powder and high-purity As powder in the oxygen-free and low water-content atmosphere, tabletting, calcining for 3-10 hours at 500-650 DEG C under high vacuum, heating up to 800-950 DEG C and calcining for 5-10 hours, and cooling. The target compound is obtained by mixing the precursor with high-purity SmF3 powder, high-purity Fe powder, high-purity Fe2O3 powder and high-purity As powder at the given ratio in the oxygen-free and low water-content atmosphere, tabletting, coating with a Ta film, calcining for 40-60 hours at 1000-1200 DEG C, cooling down to room temperature, and removing the Ta film.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a kind of superconducting material and its preparation method, especially to a kind of high temperature superconducting material and its preparation method, exactly a kind of chemical formula is SmO 1-x f x FeAs (0≤x≤0.4) high temperature superconducting material and its preparation method. 2. Background technology [0002] The phenomenon of superconductivity was discovered in 1911 by the Dutchman Onners, and it has a history of nearly a hundred years. When a material enters the superconducting state, it mainly exhibits two characteristic phenomena: one is the zero resistance phenomenon, and the other is the complete magnetic flux exclusion phenomenon. It is precisely because superconductors have the above two characteristics that their application prospects are very broad. For example, using their zero resistance characteristics, they can be used to make strong magnetic field coils to provide strong magnetic field...
