The active pharmaceutical ingredient consists of protopanaxadiol and gallic acid in a 1:1 mass ratio, and the dosage form is liposomes. The preparation method includes extraction, mixing, liposome preparation, and optional freeze-drying steps: protopanaxadiol and gallic acid are extracted and purified from ginseng rhizome and Terminalia chebula fruit, respectively. After mixing, they are combined with phospholipids and cholesterol to prepare a lipid membrane. The 1:1 composition of protopanaxadiol and gallic acid targets multiple points on the pathological mechanism of vascular dementia, showing significant therapeutic effects and broad application prospects. This preparation uses a liposome dosage form to improve the bioavailability of the active ingredient, the preparation process parameters are controllable, the active ingredient has high purity, the liposomes have uniform particle size, high encapsulation efficiency, and good stability.

The present application relates to the new use of Baotouweng decoction in the synergistic antibacterial effect of ceftriaxone, tetracycline and amikacin antibiotics. In the preparation of the composition or compound preparation, the dosage ratio of Baotouweng decoction and ceftriaxone, tetracycline and amikacin is between 6400:1-12800:1. The FIC index of Baotouweng decoction combined with ceftriaxone, amikacin or tetracycline is 0.1875-0.375, which is less than 0.5, that is, Baotouweng decoction combined with ceftriaxone, amikacin or tetracycline has synergistic antibacterial effect. The present application can effectively reduce the dosage of ceftriaxone, amikacin or tetracycline, and the MIC value of Baotouweng decoction combined with ceftriaxone, amikacin or tetracycline is reduced by 2-16 times compared with that of single use. Baotouweng decoction can be used as an antibacterial drug resistance reversal agent to improve the antibacterial therapeutic effect under the condition of reducing the dosage of antibacterial drugs.

The present application belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic rhinosinusitis in children, a compound preparation of the traditional Chinese medicine composition and application. The present application firstly provides an optimized traditional Chinese medicine formula, which takes Radix Saposhnikoviae, Magnolia flower and Xanthium fruit as monarch drugs, and the weight ratio of the monarch drugs is in the range of 1:6:1 to 1:2:1, which has a significant reducing effect on the expression level of inflammatory factors in chronic rhinosinusitis mice in vivo. Further, the present application provides a compound preparation of the traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating chronic rhinosinusitis in children combined with probiotics, and surprisingly finds that the compound preparation 2 has a more efficient and significant treatment effect than other compound preparations and the control group. The traditional Chinese medicine formula and the probiotics have a synergistic effect when combined in a weight ratio of 10:2. The present application has important significance in providing a preparation with the characteristics of no drug resistance, no side effect and fast effect for children with chronic rhinosinusitis.
