The outer membrane protein H in Yersinia is an only protein with the activity of the protein tyrosine phosphatase, can perform dephosphorylation on certain proteins of eukaryotic cells, not only damages the cytoskeleton and has antiphagocytic function but also can inhibit PI-3 channels so as to inhibit T lymphopoiesis, and is an important factor for the Yersinia to escape innate immunological response of hosts.
