The invention discloses an overvoltage testing method of a video service system, a system and a device thereof, which is used for testing a multimedia video service system in a mobile communication network. The method comprises the following steps of: sending video stream signals to the video service system until the route number of the video stream signals is up to a nominal voltage threshold N thereof; judging whether the continuous access of the video stream signals is allowed, if so, continually accessing the video stream signals and simultaneously conducting video quality testing and video quality analysis to the video stream signals in the video service system to obtain the video quality change condition of the video service system when the nominal voltage threshold is exceeded; if not, conducting the video quality testing and the video quality analysis to the video stream signals in the video service system directly to obtain the video quality change condition of the video service system when the nominal voltage threshold is attained. The method can test the video quality change condition when the voltage of the video service system exceeds the nominal voltage threshold andprovide more bases for equipment selection.
