Abstract

The invention discloses an anti-static mixer for ethanol gasoline, which comprises a mixed cabin and a static relaxation cabin. The mixed cabin further comprises a component oil inlet flange, a denatured fuel ethanol inlet flange and a denatured fuel ethanol ejection hole. The static relaxation cabin further comprises an ethanol gasoline outlet flange. The component oil inlet flange is a port between the anti-static mixer for the ethanol gasoline and the component oil, and the component oil enters the mixer through the port during mixing. The denatured fuel ethanol inlet flange is a port between the anti-static mixer for the ethanol gasoline and the denatured fuel ethanol. The anti-static mixer for the ethanol gasoline combines the mixing of the component oil and the denatured fuel ethanol and the relaxation of electrostatic charges, has simple and practical design, and fully discharges the electrostatic charges produced by mixing during mixing the component oil and the denatured fuel ethanol so as to achieve the aim of reducing combustion and explosion accidents during loading the ethanol gasoline.
