Abstract

An exemplary multi-layer film structure includes a substrate, an inmost layer clinging to the substrate, a medium layer, and a reflective-transmissive layer. The medium layer is formed on the clinging layer. The reflective-transmissive layer is formed on the medium layer. The reflective-transmissive layer is capable of reflecting a portion of incident light to be a first reflected light and allowing another portion of the incident light to transmit therethrough.
