The invention provides USB interface-based communication equipment and a method for realizing service allocation. The method is used in the USB interface-based communication equipment. The method comprises the following steps that: the USB interface-based communication equipment reports an equipment descriptor to a host so that the host finishes loading a host driver; the USB interface-based communication equipment receives a control command transmitted by a host side through a USB interface after finishing loading the host driver; and the USB interface-based communication equipment allocates service attribute information according to the control command so that the service attribute information can indicate the service attribute of the USB interface-based communication equipment. USB control information of the invention controls the service attribute information so that the equipment of the invention can realize service differentiation support aiming at different operating systems. In addition, the USB interface-based communication equipment is easier to integrate without other additional operation.
