The method comprises the following steps: receiving the data messages sent by the mobile phone intelligent cards by way of radio frequency; processing the data messages and sending out commands to the mobile phone intelligent cards by way of radio frequency according to theprocessing results; the mobile phone intelligent cards calling the mobile phone STK menus according to the commands to prompt users to operate; and the mobile phone intelligent cards changing and storing the data messages according to the operation results. The invention can realize hybrid application of the mobile phone intelligent cards and the common IC systems, and when using the mobile phoneintelligent cards, the users can realize door opening, consuming and signing in by swiping the cards in the mobile phones without carrying another IC card and can realize air charge by telephone or short messages without going to the management control center when needing to charge the mobile phones.
