Wherein a call routing process in which a node in a P2PSIP network initiates a conversation is as follows: the P2PSIP conversation initiating node inquires the address of an SIP proxy node form a DNS server, and sends an SIP INVITE request to the SIP proxy node; and the SIP proxy node forwards the request to an SIP conversation target node so as to realize the intercommunication between the SIP conversation target node and the P2PSIP conversation initiating node. The call routing process in which the node in an SIP network initiates the conversation is as follows: an SIP conversation initiating node inquires the address of a P2PSIP proxy node from the SIP proxy node, and forwards the SIP INVITE request to the P2PSIP proxy node; and the P2PSIP proxy node finds out the address of a P2PSIP conversation target node and forwards the SIP INVITE request to the P2PSIP conversation target node so as to realize the intercommunication between the P2PSIP conversation target node and the SIP conversation initiating node. The invention solves the problem of the intercommunication between the P2PSIP network and the SIP network.
