When in work, a steel cord enters from the front end of the cleaning tank and then is led out from the back end of the cleaning tank; the elevating pump pumps the heated cleaning liquid in the tank body into the cleaning tank; the cleaning liquid overflows from two ends of the cleaning tank so as to wash the steel cord; and the overflowing cleaning liquid flows into the tank body.
