The system includes a WEBGIS platform and a bridge health monitoring system, wherein the WEBGIS platform is combined with the bridge health monitoring system. The system has the characteristics that: according to requirements of a user, geographic information data of a corresponding area is obtained, a spatial database of the area is built, the three-dimensional map of the area is constructed, an expressway net and nodes of bridges and tunnels are marked, a routine interface and an access interface are built in the spatial database, the routine interface is linked with the bridge health monitoring system, the access interface is provided for a client side, and a client operates the displaying and accesses the bridge health monitoring system; and a health monitoring center is established, a server, a monitoring computer, a network and monitoring personnel with high academic level in the aspect of bridges, which are required by the system, are configured, the WEBGIS platform is established at the health monitoring center, and the monitoring personnel manage the health monitoring system of every bridge, therefore the real-time monitoring and the decision making support can be realized on the summarized information of local bridges.
